Welcome from the Dean of Admissions

I am excited about the ministry God has for us here at Heritage Academy! This is a unique environment that partners loving parents with caring professionals in educating the next generation of Kingdom-minded, world–shaking leaders. It is my privilege to introduce, inform, and encourage interest in the opportunities that exist here at Heritage, and then assist families in discerning God’s will in making a decision concerning the next step in His plan for their child’s education.

This is the source of my enthusiasm in my job as Dean of Admissions; I am not primarily compelled to find brighter students, better athletes, or more affluent families. While those are each important factors, my hope is to find students and families whose passion is for the Heart of God. Our school philosophy is to develop a culture where parents understand that their children are actually His, and where students want a deeper relationship with their Savior. Our means to that end is to provide an excellent education in a model that encourages more parental time and influence at home along with qualified professional educators at school.
